No access to repositories

Esoteric Software August 15, 2025

We have a free account but use more than 1GB, so our repositories have been locked away and we no longer have access to them.

How can we get access to our repositories so we can do a final download of them and then close our account?

Hi @Esoteric Software

If you have exceeded the 1GB free workspace size limit - those repositories are still available, you just can't write to them (read-only mode).

I'd suggest mirror cloning those repositories so that you have a full backup:

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Thanks Ben. We cannot currently even see them to see what's actually stored in them. That's all we want to do at this stage. Can you help us to get them to be visible? Thanks.

Hi @Esoteric Software

May I know what happens when you browse to the workspace repository list? You'll need to replace workspaceID with your actual workspaceID:

https://bitbucket.org/workspaceID/workspace/repositories/

Cheers!

Thanks again Ben. Strangely, it seems to have come right all by itself. Now when I click on Repositories they are all displayed. I didn't do anything...
So I guess we can close this case. Thanks anyway.
