Not able to add bitbucket app to service account

I have created a service account.
I want to add the Bitbucket app to the service account.
Every time I try to add the Bitbucket app, I get an error: "Something went wrong. Try again."
Neither the app nor the app-related groups are getting added to the service account.
I'm unable to add the Bitbucket app to the service account.

I can see that the workspace associated with the user account that you've used to raise this post (name begins with test) is linked to your org and is being managed by Atlassian Admin.

May I know if you're still encountering issues?

Thank you for the clarification.

I have checked with our engineering team and unfortunately, this is not yet supported for Bitbucket Cloud as API token scope cannot be added. We are tracking this in a feature request with our developers - you may Watch this for future updates and Vote for it to improve its visibility with regard to customer demand:
