Not receiving invitation links to add a new user to workspace.

Admin account is sending me an invitation to add to the workspace but I am not receiving invitation emails. I tried another email and the invitation was received instantly. I also checked with the IT to see if the emails were blocked from Atlassian and that is not the case. I also checked my spam/junk folder, nothing there either.
