Pipeline Failed

Hi Team,

Sometimes when I tried to run my pipeline it fails and I received the following error

Then I rerun it again and it works fine.

Any idea plz about this weird behavior?

In order to better understand the intermittent issue you’re facing with your Pipeline builds, let me confirm a few questions with you :

• From the logs on the screenshot that you’ve attached it’s not clear what step is failing and what host it’s trying to establish a connection. Would you be able to confirm if there’s any issue with the server you’re trying to connect to ?

• Pipelines build environments can assume a range of IP addresses when running. Would you mind confirming if your server is behind a firewall? If so, could you please check if all of the following IPs are correctly whitelisted ?
  
  • Pipelines IPs 
  • Atlassian IP ranges
