Pipeline runs when remote branch is created

Jani Ruohomaa March 31, 2020 edited

Hi,

We have this setting in yaml:

This is run when I create the branch to remote (we create them from jira tickets)

How can we do so that it is run when new commits are pushed to the feature branch not when it is created in remote.

Thanks,

Jani

I believe this setup is currently not supported.

I can't even think of a viable workaround apart from only pushing with commits. Maybe you could have a script inside a build that skips remaining steps when the diff to master branch is empty? That way it will trigger but not really spend heaps of build minutes?
