'Pull Request: View entire file' is BROKEN

The previous version of this feature worked much better than the current version.

When viewing a file currently, the popup window is very narrow. Here's the menu item I'm talking about:

The width of this popup is not wide enough to be helpful.

The previous version of this popup window would be about 90% as wide as the browser window itself.

The previous version was VERY USEFUL.

The current version is NOT USEFUL.

This narrow view width exists in both Chrome 91.0.4472.114 and Safari Version 14.0.3 (15610.4.3.1.7, 15610) for MacOS 10.15.7
