We are trying to setup a company account for bitbucket (not a personal account) and link it to our Atlassian instance we have. We are unable to do it now. We want to use the same to migrate off of SVN to bitbucket. Any help will be awesome.

The initial process can be confusing. Mainly because the email addresses between OnDemand and Bitbucket need to match but usernames/passwords are not shared in the same database.
In other words, your username in OnDemand might be jay in but if you wanted to use that for Bitbucket, chances are jay will be already taken since Bitbucket is a public facing site. A common approach when that happens is to use your email address as your username.
