Bitbucket pull request reviewer auto completion doesn't working

In editing screen of pull request, I tried to add more reviewer by typing "@ kim" but it doesn't bring any list of my teammates. 

Fortunately the reviewer is in recent list, so that I can put her into reviewers. But auto completion still does not working. It worked well on last week.

When I checked API call, it tries with following url, https://bitbucket.org/xhr/mentions/repositories/36sprints/poclcast?term=%40kim

But got empty list response with 200 return code.

Is this correct behavior? or some bug in bitbucket?

Hi @Ki Sung Bae could you ask the user you're trying to mention to to try the following?

1. Access https://id.atlassian.com
2. Update their full name to single byte characters
3. Go back to Bitbucket and wait until the change get reflected(this may take some time)

Yes, after all users updated their full name with single byte characters(English), it works well now. Thank you for your answer.

Not an answer (sorry), but I'm having a similar problem recently where another developer on the team is unable to add me as a reviewer when creating a new PR. Problem started about a week ago. Prior to that he has never had a problem adding me as a reviewer when creating a new PR. I'm wondering if it is somehow related to this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bbkb/changes-to-usernames-in-bitbucket-cloud-969521174.html

If I add myself to the default reviewer list for the repo, he is able to create a new PR with me as reviewer, and he can also (later) edit/remove me as a reviewer and then (later still) add me back in as a reviewer.

Otherwise, the auto-complete drop-down just says "Found no matches for Ken" Here's a screenshot (different reviewer name since I can't reproduce the issue in exactly the same way):
