Every few days, my Safari client and my Chrome client are unable to retrieve my JIRA dashboard.
I get -> Encountered a "401 - Unauthorized" error while loading this page.
When I refresh the browser, or try to navigate to:
https://emlogix.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10100
I get the error. I leave my browser up all week while I'm working.
Is this not going to work, now that the login mechanism has changed at Atlassian?
Thanks,
Larry
that worked for me too. thank you for that!

I had the same issue (when opening my Jira windows on a different PC). For me it was solved when I re-login. But strangely enough it was difficult to do so, as even the homepage of Jira gave this 401 error. Actually I was able to re-login when I clicked the 'Watch' button for this particular issue and was prompted to login.

As Pim mentioned above - this worked for me also.

Got the same issue.
For a long time didn't log in from my home laptop, attempted yesterday and Jira forced me to change password. I did. The next day I came to the office and refreshed my opened Jira pages on the company's PC - I got the 401 error without any other links or buttons on the page, even "Jira Home" link was showing same error, so no chance to log in back.
Your comments here are so much helpful! Clicked "Watch" here and finally was redirected to the Atlassian Login screen. Thanks!
