Forbidden when I add a comment

Today I try to add a comment where my comment is only a string and a link and I got the message "Forbidden", this doesn't happen all the time, I don't know when it happens I can't duplicate it, I know it happens more then once a week, the way I do to fix that, I reload the page again and sometime it works. This also happens when I add a comment in the top of the PR instead on a specific file.

You're welcome to give us a ticket for this on support.atlassian.com (Bitbucket Cloud) so we can get more information. If possible, we'd want to see what requests are giving an error under the Network tab for Developer Tools/Web Console.
