I need to restore my workspace Unfortunately lost it.
We were in a Standard Plan, before when i last logged in. Suddenly the workspace seems to be deleted and my & email id seems to be deleted without any warning.
Seems there were no pending invoices to be paid too.
Please assist restore my workspace.
this is really nice thanks for sharing with us.
Hey @aksaraaa008
Welcome to the community!
I can confirm that the workspace exists on our end and has not been deleted, as you mentioned. Please check with your team again or recall the old email address you used to log in, as it might be different from the one you used to create this community question. This difference could be why you're unable to see the workspace.
I hope this helps.

Hi @aksaraaa008
Thanks for the update. The email you used isn't the account email; it appears to be a public email domain. Try recalling which email you registered with, as that should grant you access to the workspace.

Hi Syahrul,
Thanks for the inputs. Have fixed the issue.
I had recently changed my organization email id to a personal id and somehow forgot the change done.
Thanks,
