Is there any way to disable the username/password and work only with OpenID?

I want to use 2 factor authentication (with Google authenticator) - I know that you do not support this yet - but if there was a way of disabling the username/password login and work only with OpenID then I could use this feature with any of the other authentication provider.

At the moment, we don't offer this as a feature. If you want to see this happen, please add a new feature request to https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/new or comment on https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/5811/support-two-factor-authentication-bb-7016.
