API 2.0: Could not retrieve Bitbucket username by email address anymore?

I always using Users API endpoint as below to get the Bitbucket public user information such as display name, username...

https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/users/dung.trantien@abc.com

But I figured out that this endpoint is no longer existing, so is there any alternative way to retrieve at least Bitbucket username from email address?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello @Tran Tien dung ,

The endpoint still exists but it indeed doesn't support email resolution anymore – due to the GDPR regulations. You can use Atlassian ID or user UUID (in curly braces) instead.

Well, if I know username, I don't need to use this endpoint. 

My bottom line that when someone in my organization leave, I can lookup their bitbucket usersname by email address, then delete this user in "Users on plan".

Could you consider to open this feature?
