Hi,
I just created a new Atlassian Cloud with which we would like to use Jira. We already have an existing Bitbucket team and an existing HipChat account that we are using for several months now.
Is it possible to merge the existing Bitbucket and HipChat into the Atlassian Cloud account so it's easier to manage the applications as a whole?
Thanks!
We also really need this solution. Have a JIRA Software + Confluence account and a separate Bitbucket account and need to join them!
The "Atlassian Account" is being rolled out currently; with the aim of integrating the logon experience. More info here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/purchasing/introducing-atlassian-account-738362254.html
So far as I can tell, this means shared credentials across all services. What I've not seen however is the option to add HipChat in the JIRA User Management console in the way I can add Confluence users there currently / any suggestion of change to the APIs to allow me to get all Atlassian users along with their assigned products from a single service (though I can do this for JIRA and Confluence currently by filtering on the user's groups for members of jira-users and confluence-users).
Hope that's of some help, and hopefully over the next few weeks we'll start to see the full benefit / maybe even the above features?...

Per @Anatoli Kouznetsov comment, they were working on this in 2015. Has it been completed?

It appear that Atlassian have finished their 'unified user management experience', but alas, there is no easy way at this point to merge accounts from the different services.

We also need a solution for merging our three accounts (Jira, Bitbucket & hipchat

Hi Jonathan,
it is not possible right now but we are working on making this happen.

I have three separate Cloud accounts: Jira, HipChat and BitBucket. Are you working on being able to merge all of those into one Cloud account?

Yes. The idea is that eventually we will have all atlassian products backed by unified user management experience. I.e. a user would have the same account in JIRA, HipChat and Bitbucket and the admins will be able to manage those accounts across the applications. It is a long term plan but we will get their step by step.
