Hi Sreesha Srinivasa,

Welcome to the Community.

After checking your account, I could not find it associated with a Bitbucket Cloud account.

I believe you raised this community post using your email address and not the affected user's email.

Also, could you please clarify which notifications you are referring to in this scenario?

Please let me know your thoughts. Please don't share the affected user's email here; instead, ask the user to create a new community post.

Thanks Ricardo for your reply but I do access bitbucket using the same account that I am signed into. Further, it's me who is not getting any notification regarding any comments on PR or if someone tags me in their PRs as well.

While checking your account I see your organization has other Atlassian products, so in this case, I would recommend raising a support ticket so we can better help you with this.

From the Community we are more restricted because this is a public forum.

Hi Sreesha Srinivasa,

As a second thought, you might have a BitBucket server, as we couldn't find any BitBucket Cloud linked to your email.

You can verify this by examining your Bitbucket URL: if it starts with "bitbucket.org/<Workspace_Name>" then you're on the cloud. If the URL is different, you are using a Bitbucket server.

If your account is on a Bitbucket server, please ask your IT team to verify it. Only they can help you investigate why you are missing the email notification, since we don't have access to help with server issues.

Please let me know your findings.
