"Check out in Sourcetree" in Bitbucket is not working anymore, macOS

Used to be working for me prior to version 3 of Sourcetree. Now when I click "Check out in Sourcetree" in Bitbucket, Sourcetree opens, but it doesn't switch to that branch. 

Tried quitting Sourcetree (multiple times), still not working.

Copying and pasting the git command from Bitbucket into the terminal works, but the check out button is far more convenient and it used to work fine.

Running macOS 10.14.1 (18B75).

Seen a few older posts here and online but no solutions.

Hi Simon,

There was a bug related to it we addressed in 3.0.1 (already released); that said some additional cases fell through and we've tidied them for 3.1 (starting beta this week.)
