how to Setup Teams web hook for bitbucket notifications

while adding this incoming webhook in Teams channel it is stuck at the page of "setup connector"

As Microsoft are depreciating incoming webooks the Move Work Forward apps are switching to the Workflows app for generating webhook URLs. 

You can find a guide on how to create webhook URLs through Workflows here, which also includes a video demonstration.

When setting up an integration or webhook, please make sure that the user that is setting up has Administrator permission for Bitbucket and Team. So, could you please confirm that you are an admin for both the Bitbucket workspace and the Team?
