Request: Garbage Collection

Hi Atlassian team,

I’ve rewritten my Git history with BFG Repo-Cleaner and removed all large files and folders. My local repo is now only 39MB.

But when I try to push, I’m still blocked with the error: “This workspace is over the 1 GB size limit.”

It seems Bitbucket is still counting old history that I’ve removed. Can someone reset or recalculate the repo size on your end?

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community!

The workspace currently hosts a repository exceeding 1 GB, which is inflating the overall workspace size to over 1 GB.
