Thinking About Upgrading to Premium, Not sure Account Amin

I'm thinking about upgrading our repository to Premium, but I am unsure who the Account Admin is of our repositories. There is a good chance this user is retired or otherwise not in our office.

How can I proceed?

Hi @Paul Liadis 

The most direct method for regaining access is to access the admins' email inboxes by re-enabling their email inbox (if it's disabled) and resetting their Bitbucket Cloud password to log in to their accounts and use them to make administrative changes. We are unable to assist with this, as we have strict controls around accounts and are only authorised to make administrative changes to a workspace if authorised by a workspace admin or tech/billing contact for the workspace. I will not reveal the full name of the admins (as this is a public forum), but they are in the same user group as you and their names start with S and X respectively.

If you can't regain access to the admin's email inboxes, you'll need to contact our customer advocacy team. You can do so by selecting Billing, payments, and pricing as the option from the dropdown on our support form to see if there are any options moving forward:
