I am trying to login and I receive the following msg:
We couldn’t log you in
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites.
Check for these and then try logging in again.
I have been inactive for a looooong time, so really hope that is the issue ...

Your account was inactive since 2018 and therefore was de-activated as you suspected.
I've just re-activated this for you, please let me know if any issues logging in! :)
