My team's code runs on a local network and we can only access our databases on that private network. We are working to implement continuous integration and delivery. Is there a way to automate unit testing for merging to the main branch where the tests can run in the local environment?

Looks like you need to have use the premium subscription with whitelisting to extend a private network

Gonchik, Thanks for the response. The issue is not so much setting rules but rather having tests that require a connection to databases on a local network.
