Hello,
I am constantly getting "We couldn't log you in" error message on login to BitBucket.
All other Atlassian product are ok - Jira, Confluence.
I've tried all proposed solutions - browser cache, disable add-ons,Incognito window..but it doesnt solve.
Is my Bitbucket Cloud account marked as inactive/dormant?
Please help, thank you

Welcome to the community!
I have reviewed the referred account and confirmed it was set to "Dormant". The status of this account was set to active and can now be tested to see if is working as expected.

To have a better overview of your account, we need to have a post from your account.
Please try starting a new community post from an incognito session and let us know how it goes. @Chris Kohout
You may also try clicking the +ask community on the top to create new threads.
With this, we should be able to find your account the check if it is also affected by a "Dormant" status.
Please let me know your thoughts.

You should be able to see the "+ Ask a question" button even from the incognito session.
And if from the incognito session, you should be able to login with your Atlassian account.
