Where is the Anonymize User interface in BitBucket?

I have former users that I would like to anonymize as detailed in this article.

However, this set of commands and options appears to be nowhere in the current BB UI, can someone direct me to an up to date reference?

Hi Andrew,

I am not on the Bitbucket team but from what I can tell this feature is available in Bitbucket Server but not Bitbucket Cloud.  You've tagged this question with bitbucket-cloud but the link you posted is for bitbucket server.

If you'd like to see this added to Bitbucket Cloud I'd recommend creating a feature request at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues

Unfortunately the docs and feature splits are not at all obvious to me. Thus my tags and whatnot. 

I'll submit a feature request, but is there any other similar feature in cloud that might be useful in this scenario?
