I have a CI\CD server and lots of repos/branches- im running up against the rate limits on that server. Could I create a bunch of Bitbucket users and try to divide them across the jobs on the CI\CD server? I guess. Is that awful and stupid? Yes it is.
I'd at least like to know if atlassian plans to fix this. By fix I mean let me pay more for the user my CI\CD server uses and increase its quota
