Why I can't see my workspace and can't create repository?

Leo White March 5, 2025

It's so weird.

In picture 1, I can't see my workspace.

In picture 2, I can't find way to create repository

What can I do?

Hi @Leo White

Thank you for reaching out to the community.

Your current Bitbucket Cloud account seems have no access to the workspace you're referring to.

Could you check if you're using the correct Bitbucket Cloud account?

Regards,
Mark C

Yes, I definitely use the correct Bitbucket Cloud account.

Another situation is that an error occurred when I registered, but I can access it directly through the URL.

Hi @Leo White

In this case, the best I can suggest is for you to reach out to the admin of the workspace to provide you with an access.

Regards,
Mark C
