Hi!
After cleaning a lot of projects and repositories during last months, storage space used doesn't update.
Does exist any action that I can made?
Thanks in advance.
Hey @Luis Rodríguez
If you leave it for a day or so and the size stays unchanged, you should submit a support ticket to request a manual GC of the repository. Automated GC can sometimes be insufficiently aggressive, requiring manual intervention. The most effective approach is to raise a support ticket, especially if you have a paid workspace, to get assistance.

Hi @Syahrul
Thanks for your answer!
I have been reducing workspace storage since march. Since then, the size stays unchanged.
I have read about manual GC. For that, I wrote this ticket in order to get assistance from someone of Atlassian Team. In the past, I had other problems and I got assistance in this forum.
If there is other way to send this ticket, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hey @Luis Rodríguez
Correct, you can seek assistance in the community. However, I see you have many repositories, and I'm not sure which one you were working on to reduce its size. Also, since this is a public forum, it's best not to share your repository name or other details for privacy reasons. You can submit a support ticket on our support portal:

Hi @Syahrul
Thanks for your help! I will submit a support ticket in order to get assistance.
It's true, I have a lot of repositories with the storage unchanged. I thought that every month (more or less) I would have the storage used updated, but it didn't occur.
Regards.
