error while using user data reporting api for bitbucket

I am trying to build user data reporting API for bitbucket by following below documentation:

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/bitbucket/user-privacy-developer-guide/#report-accounts-api

But I am getting the below error for my request:

I am trying this for a private app. Is there something that I am missing in the request?
