Does this concern the email address of your community account?

There is a Bitbucket Cloud account associated with that email address. The email address of that account is not in any of our suppression lists.

Could you please share some more details about the issue you are experiencing:

  • are you not receiving any emails from Bitbucket? If so, what type of emails are you missing (invitations, notification emails)?
  • whether the issue concerns a different email address
