I reinstalled the two-step verification app. Now trying to enable it. but not receiving email to finish enabling two-step verification.

I found that your e-mail was on our suppression list. This usually happens when our servers attempt to send the e-mail message, but the recipient server is not able to correctly deliver it, so we add the e-mail address to a suppression list.
I went ahead and removed the e-mail from the suppression list. You can try enabling 2FA again and the email should be correctly delivered now.
