This experience is now inconsistent with what we see in Jira. Many confluence users utilize Jira as well. I much prefer the old design, especially for labels and statuses. The new design is harder to consume at a glance and I keep thinking something is broken, which suggests some finer polishing is needed on a UX perspective.

Please add something like "use old CSS" option - these new outlined status labels (lozenges) for inline Jira links are very hard to distinguish on a page.

@Cole Parsons Thank you for your feedback. We highly appreciate it and will continue to refine our UI experience. Regarding the inconsistencies with Jira, could you share some examples of this so our team can look into this?

Hello everyone, some of you may have already noticed but after hearing the community's feedback on our new status lozenges, we have decided to bring back the bold status lozenges for Jira work items. Thank you all for your continued feedback to help us improve our products.

@Laura Mehrkens Jira seems to have inherited some of the label formatting inconsistencies we saw previously in Confluence. It would be great if this could be updated, as it can confuse our own team, but also our external auditors 🙏
