Hi
I am trying to enforce a 3FA in Confluence cloud, however even with Atlassian Guard, I am only able to enforce 2FA and other autehntication policies, but I can not include a third factor. According to https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/verify-your-identity/#Verify-your-identity-using-a-verification-code, I am thinking of a way, where the third factor could be a code sent to the E-Mail just as it is done per default when loggin in the first time.
Is it possible to change the duration, an identitiy needs to be verified? Can I even do this every time a user logs in?
Thanks for the support and best regards
Nicola
@n_travaglini I am not aware of anything besides 2FA being supported by Atlassian. I am also not aware of any apps that would provide 3FA.
Hi Brand
Okey thanks. Is it possible to change the interval for identity verification?

@n_travaglini verification sessions are 7 days and there is no way to change those at this time. You can submit feature request here https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10440 to allow for admins to change that.
