We currently have a service desk which employees can use to request access to various systems. I am struggling to get my head around how we can use Jira to approach the following 2 use cases:
1) We want to have a database of sorts to review what systems a user has access to. We've investigated using filters but I don't feel like it's the best way to manage this.
2) When a staff member resigns, related tasks must be created for system administrators to remove the user's access (based on the database in point 1). These should only be created by a trigger point (the HR system initiating the resignation).
