Add custom email addresses for product notifications - Applicable for Confluence or only for Jira

This page says only for Jira, is this applicable only for Jira or even for Confluence cloud. Because we would want users to get the emails from our company domain instead of Atlassian. Looks like this is an organization level setting and not a product level, can someone confirm please.
