Add index or timestamp to title in "Create from template" macro

Hi! I'm wondering if it's possible to add an index or timestamp to the title with the macro "Create from template". The reason for this is that I need incident reports to be generated by clicking that button but in a day I might have more than one incident, hence the question. At the moment I can only add date to title but that renders useless when 2+ incidents happen in the same day. 
Can you point me any direction to solve this?
