Add support for bicep language code snippets

Add support for bicep language code snippets in Confluence pages.

Hey there @JProvAnt ,

Formatting for Bicep is currently not supported in the Code Snippet macro.

We created a new Suggestion for this specific language:

• CONFCLOUD-82655 - Add support for Bicep in the Code Snippet macro

There is another Suggestion for allowing custom languages:

• CONFCLOUD-79421 - Allow adding custom language on the Code Snippet macro

Moving forward we suggest you to Vote, Watch and add a Comment to those suggestions.

Also, make sure to submit a Support ticket and mention the tickets here so they gain traction.
