Hi,

How can I create some kind of report that will include all the pages that I have in all spaces and will give me data on each of them? (e.g. last modified, by who, related space)

You can obtain this from your database by running the query from the below article:

• How to obtain a list of all pages, their authors, and related information from the Confluence database 

There's not a user macro that would do this if you need to display it within Confluence, but you may be able to make something similar by Writing a User Macro. There may also be a way to do it with an add-on that connects to your database. I've linked to a few examples for you from our Marketplace there.

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to have you join us!

In Cloud, you don't have direct access to your site's database. You might be able to do something similar using an add-on such as Scriptrunner, which allows you to query your Cloud site.

Otherwise, you can raise a ticket with the Support team. There, you'll be able to see if they can help you to obtain that information from your site.
