Allow project leaders to Invite/Add new users to Jira/Confluence Cloud

How can I let a project leader add new users to the system (not just the project), without giving them full admin powers?

Hi Gabriel,

I'm not a JIRA Cloud specialist but as far as I can see and could test this is currently not possible. I've found a feature request that looks similar to your question. You can vote and watch to receive updates if anything changes: CLOUD-8451
