I set a public space on Confluence Cloud. Then, Anonymous users are able to view updated histories of non-public spaces (knowladge-bases) on the feed screen in the Home screen on Confluence...
I set the spaces as knowlege-base in Jira Service Desk and our customers are able to view the pages in the spaces via our customer portal site.
Please note that anonymous users are NOT able to view the pages in the non-public spaces.
I and Atlassian Japan support tried to duplicate the bug but we could not.
If anyone have a fix for this issue, please let me know.
