Appreciation Page for Team Members?

Hi everyone, I want to ask if is there any confluence template or feature that can make One page to show appreciation to team members? The idea is I want to appreciate the "person" who had a good performance in last week, maybe similar to the Facebook homepage, the others can react to the post also can comment

@deni there is a Marketplace App, which I have not (yet) tried that seems to create this functionality in Confluence.
