How do I get the Ask AI prompt in the confluence search window

Hi @mike

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Have you activated Atlassian Intelligence on admin.atlassian.com as detailed in the docs?

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Settings > Atlassian Intelligence. You’ll see a table with products that already have Atlassian Intelligence activated.

3. Select Select products. You’ll see a list of products that have Atlassian Intelligence features.

4. Select the products where you want to activate Atlassian Intelligence.

5. Select Next.

6. Review your selection and accept the Atlassian Intelligence terms and conditions.

7. Select Save to confirm.

Hi @mike Welcome to the community!\

Please try below options:

• Typing "/ai" while editing a page will bring up a lot of the AI composition features (like summarizing).
• Typing "/" when not in edit mode will bring up the search box, which after you type a question, you can click the AI button to have the question answered by AI.

To get the Ask AI prompt in the Confluence search window, make sure AI features are enabled in your Confluence settings. You may need admin permissions to activate AI-powered search if it's available. If you don't see the option, try updating Confluence or contact Atlassian support for assistance.

In the search box you should have the option Ask AI.
