Atlassian Access fails to start

When I click the Atlassian Access free trial, a Last name required warning occurs.
I use a Google account.
Last name and first name are entered in the Google profile.

Hi @jhb 

If you go to start.atlassian.com and go to your profile does your last name show there? If not you need to make some change on your Atlassian account even if it's connected to a Google account, sometimes changes can be made. If it doesn't show and doesn't let you change it yourself, if it's a company managed instance you can speak to your google admin about what could be going on.
