Attachments - Where is the file edit button?

We installed the companion app to edit file attachments in their desktop editor tool.
According to the documentation, there should be a file edit button when you open a file in preview. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/edit-an-attached-file/
But there is no edit button?
The only place where the "File Edit" Button is, is in file list. We want our users to have this button also on the page where the added their attachment.
