'Attachments' macro: Reduce limit?

Hi -- I want to preview (on a homepage) the latest attachments from another page (reports). I'm using the attachments macro, which I thought was the best way to do this, but there's no option to limit the number shown (like on other macros, like table of contents or children display). This means that I get a huge list of attachments -- is there a better macro to use than this, or a way to limit the results shown that I somehow missed? Thank you!

Hi Natalie,

Unfortunately the attachment macro does not offer this functionality, neither I know of a plugin that would offer this capability. I believe this would require some customization on your end to achieve this.
