Good day,
we are wondering if there is a way to log any activities made on content in a space for exemple:
Get a report of who access a page/file ?
Who exported a page/file ?
Who deleted a page/file?
For what we can see, audit log only give security changes.
We're on Cloud, Standard Plan.
Thank you!
Hi @Martin ,
as a Confluence admin you should be able to have some information about what happened through the Audit Log section https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-the-audit-log/
About space access, there is no access log that you can use. My suggestion is to use built-in analytics (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/) or some third part app like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218023/page-view-analytics-for-confluence-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hi Fabio,
thank you for your answer.
This is not quite what we are looking for. Your answer goes more into the usage statistics, where we need something more toward security. We have confidential documentation inside Confluence and we need to monitor who is accessing it to prevent data leaks.
Thanks
