Bibtex reference in figure caption not working

Hello! I inserted a figure in my document and I now I want to complete the caption with the reference using mosaic bibtex reference. Unfortunately, it seems not working. Any suggestion? 
Ideally it should deliver something like 

MYPICTURE
Figure 1: my picture [1].
