I just found out that if a table cell contains a bullet list which only has one item "-" (dash), you cannot copy the table row into another table anymore (you can't copy the whole table either). As soon as I removed these entries, I could do the c&p action for the whole table or single rows finally.

Just tested a little more, if a cell contains only a dash (-), then it gets converted to a bullet point list during pasting. Could be related to that.
Anyways: the dash should also not be converted to bullet points since in my understanding, the dash means "no content here at the moment" and the semantics is changed if its converted.
