Hi,
Is there a way to change the transition label that is displayed on a page?
For example, if the document is IN REVIEW stage, the user would click on a Approve button labeled as "Reviewed", and the transition label to show in the reports would say "reviewed" instead of "approved". Currently, we can't label the transitions as they are set on stone, but on the reports, it is confusing for the users.
Thank you.
Hi @Roberta Bortolotti , thanks for your post.
I checked the documentation https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMC/pages/657363359/Transitions but I didn't see if you can change the transition labels. This might be a question for the vendor, which you can ask here https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/142/comala-document-management?hosting=cloud&tab=support
Best wishes
Thank you, @Valerie Knapp
I submitted my question to the vendor and will update here on the answer I get.

Hi @Roberta Bortolotti @Meriem Amdouni and @Valerie Knapp !
My name is Elena and I am one of the Document Management Product Managers at Appfire.
In order to customise the labels of the approval and rejection buttons you need to configure those under the approval settings available on the visual workflow builder.
Go to your CDM (Comala Document Management) Space Settings and click on this icon for those wortkflows where you want to change the labels:
Then for eachc approval, extend thre advanced settings and you'll see the labels for each button:
If you still have other questions or feedback, requests, etc. that you'd like to share with us, please set up an invite via https://calendly.com/elenacantero-appfire.
Hopefully I did solve your question.
Thanks!
