Can Confluence pull data from a separate Confluence (cloud) instance?

We have a few different Confluence instances as our company has merged. Is it possible to copy data from program space A into program space B so that any updates from A will populate in B?

You can export and import between Confluence Cloud instances, but I'm not aware of anything you can configure or any macros that will let you connect instances together so they dynamically "populate".

However, the iframe macro could be used to display content from the other instance and vice versa.

Anything more sophisticated than that would need a custom add-on.
