Can modify space permission in confluence with Internet explorer

Actually this is a BUG as you can check here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-38218

Unfortunately the workaround described is use another browser.

You can always open a ticket on support.atlassian.net for a deeper check but you will probably receive something related with this bug.
