Can my Jira instance be multi language?

Currently our Jira instance is North America centric and using the English language setting.  We have employees all around the world and currently have someone in Latin America asking for a project setup in Jira.  Is there a way to have their configuration pages, fields, etc. translated to their language?

So currently at Jira site level it is set to English.

Ask that employee to change the language here https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences?ref=jira&src=personalsettings

This would allow for only them to see in their language.

System provided content is available in Español and Portugês  (like it is in English and Français) and your content in the language you created it in...
